Do I have to replace my till or printer?
No. Conveasy sends every ticket to your existing kitchen printer and shows the orders on a screen, a tablet or PC in the kitchen. Your current till stays. If you do want a till from us for the counter, it is there.
Which languages does Ricky answer the phone in?
Ricky answers in Dutch, Turkish and English. The webshop comes in Dutch, French, Turkish, English and Spanish.
What happens outside opening hours?
An answering assistant picks up and tells callers when you open again. Nobody hears a busy tone.
What if a customer hangs up after confirming?
The order still goes through: what was confirmed simply prints in the kitchen. If a customer calls back to add something, a separate ADDED ticket prints.
Do I pay commission per order?
No. You pay a fixed price per month per module. On orders through your own phone, WhatsApp, webshop, QR or kiosk we charge no percentage. Online payment runs through Stripe or Mollie; their transaction fees come on top.
How do customers pay online?
With Bancontact, iDEAL, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna through Stripe. If you choose your own Mollie account, customers can also pay with meal vouchers (Edenred, Monizze, Pluxee). Cash or card at the door is always possible, set per delivery zone.
How fast can I start?
Usually within a few days. We set up your menu with the photos from your Takeaway or Uber Eats page, you check opening hours, delivery zones and payment methods in the portal, and we place test orders together before you go live.
Can I take my menu over from Takeaway or Uber Eats?
Yes. We move products, prices and extras over and take the photos from your existing pages. After that you manage everything yourself in the portal, including what is out of stock.
Who owns the customer data and the orders?
You do. They live in your portal: orders, analytics per channel, best-selling products, busiest hours and the places that order most, with export to Excel. E-mails to customers only go to those who opted in when ordering.
I have several restaurants. Does that work?
Yes. In the portal you switch between your restaurants with one login, each with its own menu, opening hours and settings.
